Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If you are receiving regular treatment the doctor may agree to let you have a prescription without seeing you.

You can request a repeat prescription by:-

1) Calling in person and dropping your repeat prescription slip in the box at reception.Writing and enclosing a stamped addressed envelope. Telephoning 01772 626737 Monday to Friday between 9.00am - 12 noon.

2) Writing

3) by faxing us on 01772 492248

Please quote your Patient Number or NHS Number.

Requests made before 12 noon will be ready for collection after 4.00pm the next working day (requests made on a Wednesday will be ready for collection after 4.00pm on Friday).
