APPOINTMENTS

To make an increased access appointment ring (01772) 310100 between 08:00 - 18:30 Monday to Friday. The staff will try to offer you an appointment to suit your needs.

Appointments are up to 15 minutes duration and may be at one of the other surgeries that are part of our Bridgedale Primary Care Network.

PRACTICE NURSES

In a number of cases, it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly. A visit to the nurse may also avoid someone who is quite poorly being unable to be seen more urgently by the doctor.

CHAPERONES

If you wish to have a friend, relative or a member staff present during a consultation, please mention this to the doctor and it will be arranged.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

PLEASE NOTE: Patients who fail to attend for 3 appointments without explanation are sent a warning letter informing them that they will be removed from our list if they continue to miss appointments.
