Flu clinics to be held for Roslea at St Aidan's Church in 2020:
For patients over 65's only:
25th September 2020 - 11am - 5pm
For patients under 65 and "at risk":
17th October 2020 - 8am - 5pm
from Friday 18th September we will be carrying out major refurbishment work in the reception area of Roslea Surgery, we will still be offering normal "covid" services however we ask that you are patient with us during the refurbishment - we aim to have all work completed within 4 weeks
In view of the coronavirus we need to please ask: are you are calling Roslea Surgery for an appointment or home visit because of respiratory or flu like symptoms?
If so, please follow the national guidelines of self isolating for the appropriate number of days or if you have no internet access please contact the Surgery BY TELEPHONE ONLY (Please be aware that you may have a considerable wait for your call to be answered due to the high volume of calls we are experiencing).
All patients requesting appointments will need to be triaged by a Clinician BEFORE being able to attend the Surgery.
From 1st October 2020 we will no longer be accepting telephone prescription requests - please order your prescription on line (ask reception for registration information) or via our email - firstname.lastname@example.org
From Friday, 13th March 2020 we are not allowing walk-in patients and will be enforcing a locked door policy.
To help avoid the spread of the coronavirus we ask patients to try and avoid coming in to the surgery unless absolutely necessary. If you need to come in to drop off a prescription slip or a form or have a general enquiry we ask at this time that you telephone or post this to us rather than attend. We also ask that if you require a prescription you can send this to us and nominate a pharmacy which we can then electronically send your prescription - that way it minimises the need for patients to attend the surgery which will help to ease the current coronavirus crisis.
**COVID -19** - if you need to drop off a prescription request to the practice please note: from 31.7.2020 you will need to post your request through the letter box at the FRONT door. We will NOT be accepting any prescription drop offs at the rear entry from this date. Thank you.
Please note:: We will be closed from 1pm for staff training on:
